JAD has run a total of 74 courses so far with 615 delegates successfully completing the course. Courses have been held all over the UK from Edinburgh to Cardiff and Kent, Lincoln and Birmingham.
The programme was revised earlier this year to take into account changes in the Construction (Design and Management) 2015 regulations. The CDM Regulations as revised in 2015 removed the formal requirements for a stage 1 and stage 2 assessments as detailed in the CDM 2007 Approved Code of Practice replacing this with the requirement that duty holders assess the organisational capability of those working on a project.
The SSiP terms of reference were modified to reflect the previous ACOP Stage 1 requirements, requirements also published in PAS 91.
Public courses are being scheduled and booked through to January 2016 (see SSip Training Page for details), as well as two in-house courses taking place in Stansted and the Midlands.
